My Story
For years, I’ve worked with people who were told, “You’ll just have to live with the pain.”
They came to me frustrated, exhausted, and often losing hope.
I didn’t start this work because it was trendy or easy. I started because I saw firsthand how deeply chronic pain affects every part of a person’s life—sleep, relationships, confidence, and joy. Too often, patients are given medications, injections, or procedures that treat symptoms but never address the real source of the pain.
I knew there had to be a better way.
Through advanced training in neurological and pain-processing methods, I learned that chronic pain is often not a damage problem—it’s a communication problem between the brain and the body. When the nervous system becomes stuck in a protective “alarm state,” pain can persist long after the original injury has healed.
That understanding changed everything.
Today, I help patients identify whether their pain is being driven by the nervous system and show them how to turn that pain signal down—often quickly and safely. My approach is non-invasive, drug-free, and focused on restoring the brain-body connection so healing can actually happen.
What matters most to me is this:
I listen. I believe you. And I don’t give up on you.
Many of my patients come in skeptical—and that’s okay. All I ask is that you come in open-minded. If I can help, you’ll know quickly. And if I can’t, I’ll tell you honestly.
My goal is simple: to help you get your life back.
